Raise the Bar is looking at adding a new swim class at Mount Rainier Pool in Des Moines. It would most likely be on Tuesday's from 8-9 PM. With Coach Courtney! The cost would be the same as our other RTB workouts which works out to $8 per workout ($64 per 8 week session). Please email me at kathy@weraisethebar.com to let me know if you would be interested.
