I need some help from RTB Team Members answering the last 3 questions... think of the song/album from the team perspective, the other two can be from your experience! Need answers by 4 PM!

What's the funniest or most shocking thing you've heard of or witnessed within your sport?
If you had to pick a song or album for the soundtrack of your life, what is it and who's the artist?
What is a unique training tip that you would give with respect to your sport?

Seafair Transition closes at 6 AM- for all racers!

TRANSITION

The transition area will be open and supervised starting at 4:45 a.m. on Sunday, July 24. For the safety and security of all participants, only registered participants with a bib will be allowed in the transition area. Please rack your bike on your designated bike rack, which is determined by your race number, there is no overnight bike racking. ALL participants need to be out of the transition area and in the swim holding area by 6 a.m.. This is to allow all participants a smooth transition from swim to bike with no interruptions. All participants will need to exit the transition area before the first wave will be able to start. Unfortunately because there is only one transition zone for both races, Olympic, Sprint & Relay distance participants will need to clear the transition zone before the first wave starts.

SHOUT OUT to Deputy Broderson from the Lake Meridian Tri

Some of you might remember Deputy Broderson as the STUD cop who arrested a truck driver harassing athletes at the Lake Meridian Triathlon last year. Broderson went over his bars on a ride earlier this week and ended up breaking his femur.  OWWWWwwwwww.    The RTB family wishes our comrade a very speedy recovery!!!

Bike and/or Run at Whitney Bridge 8 AM Saturday

The weather looks like 60% chance of no rain (glass half full weather report) but bring both your bike and running shoes and if you do not want to ride due to the weather, you can still run/walk. There is a lovely run from Whitney Bridge into Flaming Geyser Park. And if you ride and want to follow with a run/walk, that works too. This is a no drop ride, some route options here: http://www.calendarwiz.com/calendars/calendar.php?crd=rtbcalendar&&jsenabled=...
